* On a stormy night in 1735, Mother Leeds gave Barth to her 13^th child. The child was born normal, but transformed into creature with hooves, a horse’s head, bat wings,  and a forked tail. He inhabits the de Pine Barrens, of southern New Jersey.

* En una noche de tormenta de 1735 la madre Leeds dio a luz a su décimotercer hijo. El niño nació normal pero se transformó en una criatura con pezuñas afiladas, cabeza de caballo, alas de murciélago y cola puntiaguda. Ahora habita en los bosques de Pine Barren, en el sur de Nueva Jersey.
